Anyone can enter by taking a video of themselves completing the 1 minute challenge, uploading to Instagram and tagging @shadowball, @sportsmanswarehouse & @jessekriel15.

Over the period there will be weekly prizes for entrants and the grand prize is a 2021 Springbok Jersey singed by Jesse and the North vs South Springbok team.

Terms & Conditions
1. Entrants will be challenged to compete the exercise with a ShadowBall, upload the Challenge attempt to Instagram or Facebook and tag @ShadowBall @jessekriel15 & @sportsmanswarehouse
2. Winners will be judged on the following criteria : Highest number of reps in 1 minute, most interesting entry & best effort
3. Challenges must be completed with a ShadowBall
4. During the period 3 challenges will be issued, there will be at least 1 winner chosen per challenge & 1 grand prize winner
5. PRIZES: A Springbok Jersey, signed by squad members of the 2021 North vs South tournament, ShadowBall Construct’s valued at R 500 each including shipping
6. The competition will start on 1 Dec 2021 and end 28 Feb 2022
7. An overall winner will be chosen at the end of the competition period
8. Interim winners may also be chosen
9. Winners will be posted and tagged in posts on social media, the entrant understands this and allows ShadowBall & Sportsman’s Warehouse to do so
10. Winners will be notified on social media of their win
11. Competition is open to all ages
12. Children under 18 years of age must have parental consent to enter
13. Entrants take part at their own risk, please note the challenges do involve strenuous bodily exercise and caution should be exercised so as not to cause any harm
14. Entrants permits ShadowBall and Sportsman’s Warehouse to republish their entry on social media and to use their entry for marketing purposes
15. By entering the competition, you permit ShadowBall & Sportsman’s Warehouse to contact you for marketing purposes (option to opt out at any stage)
16. Prizes will be shipped to anywhere in South Africa.
