This partnership is guided by an agreement that outlines the terms and conditions for the Licensee to showcase and commercialize “The Game,” a pioneering creation by the Licensor.

Transforming Rugby

“The Game” redefines rugby, transforming it into an exhilarating indoor spectacle played on Action Sports Court. The dynamic gameplay features the innovative ShadowBall® in place of the traditional rugby ball, while the revolutionary 3-sided ShadowWall™ configuration serves as the Rebound goal for the game. As proponents of action sports, which include disciplines like Action netball & Action Cricket and with a robust network of up to 25 Action Sports arenas, our endeavor is to bring the excitement of Action Rugby to enthusiasts everywhere.

Long-term Vision

However, our vision stretches far beyond this inaugural moment. Our long-term ambition for Action Rugby Powered by ShadowBall is to encompass all aspects of action sports, and to expand globally complete with local leagues & IPT tournaments. Our ultimate goal is to establish a global presence, culminating in a prestigious World Cup event.

Grand Launch Event

Our journey commences with the grand launch of Action Rugby Powered By ShadowBall on 20th October 2023, at Action Sports Midstream. This monumental event will witness players and attendees embracing the new era of sports. Attendees will have the unique opportunity to engage in Action Rugby matches, participate in the thrilling ShadowBall Challenge, and receive hands-on training sessions to play Action Rugby from the pro’s.
