✅Primary to High 
ShadowBall® is suited to players of any ages. Balls available form size 3 to 5. The Level 1 Program is adaptable from Bulletjie to Pro. Almost any age player can do up to 300 passes and catches in 10 minutes. In 5000+ scientific tests, we have seen skills increases of up to 100% in 4 weeks by a pro players and as much as 266% in in 4 weeks by grade 8 high school players, thanks to the ShadowBall®.
✅Labeeb Leevy 
Labeeb Leevy is a skills coach at the top of his game. Currently skills coach of WP Stormers, in the URC Finals. Spend time with him to hear what he is doing that is working and what's not.

✅ShadowBall Level 1

The ShadowBall® level 1 prepares coaches to analyse and rapidly increase basic skills. Covering flat pass, spin pass, kicking & hand eye - coordination. After completing the course, coaches will be equated with a skills analysis and training program to take back to school/ club and implement into PT classes or Rugby practices.
